MEET OUR FOUNDER, DEVELOPER & TRUSTEEHazel Wiltz, our Founder, Developer & Trustee is no stranger to real estate. With more than 45 years of experience in the industry she has certainly made an impact. After working all facets of the real estate world including becoming a member of The Negotiating Team for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, being names an Honorary Professor for the School of Business at University of Texas Arlington and member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, she was named Industry Legend during the National Association of Realtors 100 Year Celebration. After accomplishing so many things in her profession, Ms. Wiltz began to set her sights on something greater. With her heart set on providing a space that brings the community together, supports many who are less fortunate by providing access they may not otherwise have and a place that even the boating enthusiast can enjoy, Hazel began developing Living Waters Park. This passion project is certainly the heart of her career and will be the legacy she shares with her community.
